Disputes

If you and Dboxto Life Coaching are not able to resolve any disputes through informal communications then you and Dboxto Life Coaching agree to use a non-binding mediator. In the event the mediation fails you and Dboxto Life Coaching agree to use an arbitrator who must be a neutral party acceptable to both you and Dboxto Life Coaching. The decision of the arbitrator will be final and binding.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Dboxto Life Coaching and its affiliates and hold Dboxto Life Coaching and its affiliates harmless against legal claims and demands that may arise from your use or misuse of our services. We reserve the right to select our own legal counsel.

Limitation on liability
